A safe, supportive space to talk

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be feeling anxious, low, stressed, stuck, or simply unsure why things feel harder than they should. Counselling offers a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on - without judgement or pressure.

I’m Sam, an integrative counsellor based in Westcliff, offering both face-to-face and online therapy. I believe counselling can be an empowering process that supports personal growth, healthier relationships, and improved emotional and physical wellbeing. With the right support, meaningful change is possible for everyone.

My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I work in a person-centred way, meaning you are in control of what we explore and at what pace. I won’t dictate the agenda or ask intrusive questions - instead, I offer a safe space where you can bring whatever feels important to you.

I work with adults facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, trauma, relationship issues and bereavement. Whether you’re navigating something specific or feeling generally overwhelmed, you don’t have to face it alone.

📍 Sessions are available in a welcoming first-floor therapeutic space in Westcliff (access via a small set of stairs), as well as online.
🕊️ Daytime and limited evening appointments are available.

Location & Appointments

 

I am based in Westcliff, working from a welcoming first-floor therapeutic space designed to feel calm, private and supportive.

 

The space is accessed via a small set of stairs. I offer face-to-face counselling from this location, as well as online therapy for those who prefer to attend sessions remotely or who are not local. Appointments are available during the daytime, with some limited evening availability.

 

Online sessions allow flexibility and can be a helpful option if you are balancing work, family life, or simply feel more comfortable talking from your own space.

 

Whether you choose to meet in person or online, you will be offered the same confidential, supportive and person-centred approach.
